ONLINE NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC) PORTAL TO FACILITATE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS BY GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB

Government of the Punjab, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department has issued a letter dated 01-02-2018 regarding Online No Objection Certificate (NOC) Portal. The detail of the letter is as follows:


       I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education (SHC&ME) Department has successfully launched Online NOC Portal. In this connection a comprehensive training of this live portal has been given to all concerned and login credentials have also been shared. 

2.    All health professionals now can apply online for seeking NOC from this Department while applying for job (except PPSC). All such applications for NOC may please be sent through this online portal starting from 06.02.2018 (Tuesday). It is pertinent to mention here that all such applications for NOC received through this online portal shall be entertained (w.e.f 06.02.2018). Manual submission of applications for NOC (Except PPSC) shall not be considered. This initiative has been taken only to facilitate health professionals.

3.     Therefore, I am directed to request you to submit all NOCs (Except PPSC) through this online portal. Verification of all relevant documents for NOC shall be the responsibility of the respective Head of Institute / Hospital. It is further requested that while submitting online NOC application, please ensure proper filling of online application form to avoud any mistake as the NOC will be generated online accordingly as per information provided.
