PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE TRANSFER APPLICATION ON E-TRANSFER SYSTEM FOR TEACHERS

Government of the Punjab, School Education Department issued procedure for submission of online transfer applications on E-Transfer System for teachers.
  • Transfer / Posting will only be done online via E-Transfer App.
  • Once transfer applications have been submitted, E-Transfer system will auto generate wait-lists of applications for each school and post it online.
  • Teachers can raise objections against his / her own rank in the wait-list or that of others.
  • The concerned transferring authorities will have online access to review, approve or reject received applications based on wait-list order.
  • The concerned transferring authorities will get verification of the documents from concerned issuing authorities.
  • For approve applications, Transfer Orders with QR-Code will be auto generated from the system for applications that meet all criteria and documentation authenticity requirements.
