UP-GRADATION OF POSTS OF HEAD CLERK

Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior issued an office memorandum regarding Up-Gradation of Ministerial Posts (Head Clerk Posts).
  • Initially, the subject case was taken up by this Ministry with Establishment Division (MS Wing), Establishment Division (Regulations Wing) and Finance Division (Regulations Wing) for up-gradation of Head Clerk posts from BS-10 to BS-14. Accordingly, Establishment Division (MS Wing) vide O.M No.F.5(14)/2017-MSW-II) dated 22nd February, 2018 (Annex-I) has up-graded the post from BS-10 to BS-14 subject to fulfillment of all procedural & codal formalities and approval of the Regulation Wings of Establishment and Finance Divisions. Similarly, Establishment Division (Regulations Wing) was also up-graded the post from BS-10 to BS-14 vide O.M No.8/14/2016, R-5(Pt-I) dated 16th May, 2018 (Annex-II).
  • Now, Finance Division (Regulations Wing) vide O.M No.1(2)R-I/2018-586/2018 dated 29th May, 2019 (Annex-III) has conveyed approval for up-gradation of the post from BS-10 to BS-14 but date of up-gradation has not been mentioned.
  • In view of above, Finance Division (Regulations Wing) is requested to clarify whether the up-gradation of Head Clerk posts from BS-10 to BS-14 in the HQs Frontier Corps KP / Balochistan will be considered with effect from the date of approval of Finance Division (Regulations Wing) or otherwise?
