IMPOSITION OF BAN ON GOVERNMENT TEACHERS FROM PROVIDING TUITION IN DISTRICT MUZAFFARGARH

Deputy Commissioner, Muzaffargarh issued an Order regarding Imposition of Ban on Teachers of Government Schools from Providing Tuition.

  • A ban is hereby being imposed on teachers of government schools from providing tuition or remaining administratively attached / associated with tuition academies in any form or manner. The delinquents would be proceeded against under Punjab Employees Efficiency Discipline and Accountability (PEEDA) Act 2006 and other relevant laws / regulations.
  • The above orders would become functional with effects from August 15, 2019. or the date of reopening of schools after summer vacations, whichever is.
  • This may be treated as advance intimation to all concerned.
