WITHDRAWAL OF ORDERS OF CONTRACT EMPLOYEES APPOINTED UNDER RULE 17-A BY LIVESTOCK DEPARTMENT KASUR

Additional Director Livestock, Kasur issued an order regarding withdrawal of orders of regularization of contract employees appointed under rule 17-A.


Consequent upon the latest clarification of the District Accounts Officer, Kasur vide letter No.DAO/KSR/ADMN-1/707 dated 11.03.2020, letter No.SOR-III(S&GAD) 2-8/2018 dated 29.10.2019 and clarification vide letter No.SOR-III (S&GAD) 2-2/2019 dated 24.01.2020 Government of the Punjab Services & General Administrative (Regulation Wing) and letter NO.SOR-III(S&GAD)2-4/2019 dated 19.02.2020, Government of the Punjab Services & General Administration (Regulation Wing), orders issued vide this office No.108-23 dated. 10.01.2020, regarding regularization of contract employees appointed under rule 17-A, from the date of induction into Government Service are hereby withdrawn with immediate effect. The earlier orders issued by this office bearing No.1054-66 Dated 26.11.2019 are hereby stand good.
