NOTIFICATION REGARDING REOPENING OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS BY HIGHER EDUCATION

 Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department issued a notification regarding re-opening of Educational Institutions.


In continuation of this department's notification of even number dated 04-01-2021 and the meeting of National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) to consider re-opening of educational Institutions in the backdrop of Covid-19 held on 15.01.2021 following directions are hereby issued: 

  • Intermediate classes (11th & 12th) in Public Private Sector and Autonomous Colleges shall start w.e.f. 18.01.2021 as per schedule already announced. 
  • All Public Private Sector Universities, Degree Awarding Institutions and Autonomous Bodies shall open w.e.f. 01.02.2021 as per schedule already announced. 
  • SOPs to contain and prevent the pandemic COVID-19 must be strictly followed in letter and spirit.
