Directorate of Public Instruction (SE), Punjab issued a letter regarding completion of PERs / ACRs of Teaching Staff, Officers and Officials.
The Govt of the Punjab, School Education Department is striving for its best to facilitate officers / officials / Teaching staff in order to enhance online options to promote transparent and on merit facility, you are hereby directed to complete the PER Files in well managed order as per attached format at respective offices mentioned as below :
The ACR PERs files of Deputy DEO(SE/EE-M&F). Assistant Director, Assistant Education Officers and Ministerial staff of all Schools and Offices will be maintained in the office of District Education Officer (SE)
You are further directed to disseminate the said direction to concerned officers immediately for strict compliance and to mange the same on priority basis so that HRMIS Team can scan those ACR/PER files for al education employee's profiles and submit its completion certificate within 10-days, positively.
