NOTIFICATION OF COMMITTEES FOR VERIFICATION OF e-TRANSFER DOCUMENTS OF TEACHERS IN BHAKKAR

 Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Bhakkar constituted Committees for the verification of e-Transfer documents of teachers.


        The verification process will start w.e.f 17.05.2021 to 22.05.2021. 

COMMITTEE NO.1 FOR EST / SESE, PST / ESE 

1. Muhammad Saleem Kazmi Sr.HM GHS Karari Kot
2. Abdul Ghafoor Assistant Director (Lit) o/o CEO (DEA) Bhakkar.


COMMITTEE NO.02 FOR PRINCIPAL/HEADMASTER SST/SSE 

1. Malik Nazir Hussain Deputy DEO(SE) Bhakkar
2. Muhammad Shahid Rana Assistant Director (Admn) o/o CEO(DEA) Bhakkar


TORs:- 

  • Keeping in view the current pandemic situation of covid-2019, maximum facilitation will be extended to Honorable teachers seeking for retransfer.
  • Separate counters for male and female teachers will be maintained. 
  • The verification process must be completed within the timeline (17.05.2021 to 22.05.2021). 
  • Timing from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM will be observed on daily basis.
  • All SOPs regarding COVID 2019 issued by Health Department Govt. of the Punjab will be strictly observed.
  • Policy (e.transfer rules approved 26.02.2021) will be followed. 
  • Verification of post and STR criteria will be maintained.
  • For verification original documents will be mandatory eg, CNIC, Nikhah Nama, Domicile of Spouse Disability Certificate, appointment letter, Joining report, Pay slip, Promotion Order and any other documents.
  • All the codal formalities (Related / relevant to the nature of transfer) will be carefully checked and any taming/mutilation/fake entry (if found) will be reported immediately.
  • The element of equity, justice and fair play must be observed so as to ensure merit and transparency as a whole.
